A new movie?

Hi folks,

the Eureka Reporter writes about a new movie called "Humboldt County" with fairuza, which is in pre production ([url]http://www.eurekareporter.com/ArticleDisplay.aspx?ArticleID=14651[/url]). It will be a comedy about a young man, who searches his identity among the hippies in northern California. Ru plays a guy named Bogart...

Sounds promising. Does anybody knwo more about it?

Hi folks,

there is new information about Humboldt County and a picture with fairuza from the set ([url]http://www.eurekareporter.com/ArticleDisplay.aspx?ArticleID=16484[/url]). I think she plays a leading role. The movie seems to be finished yet, the post production will last to the beginning of 2007. That means that soon we might see a new film with her.:)

Wow, looks awesome. Been really looking forward to seeing her in a leading role again. She's way too good for just being a supporting character, I think.

Wow, that went from articles announcing a casting call (9/3) to post-production awful damn quick! I gather principal photography with the main cast was already completed on the down, down low at that point.

She looks as great as ever, of course.

Just watched the trailer, and this looks like it could easily go up amongst my favorite movies. It feels a little like Garden State somehow, but with fairuza instead of Natalie Portman.

I just hope this goes up in theaters here in Stockholm, otherwise I'll have to wait even longer for the DVD.
